Summer may be long gone, but the dangers of excessive exposure to UV rays are ever-present, sometimes lurking just below the surface. While the sun hides behind the clouds about 80 percent of the sun’s UV rays can still pass through and penetrate your skin, according to the Skin Cancer Foundation. You should always pay attention to the amount of sun exposure your skin is getting, UVA and UVB rays play a huge role in conditions such as premature skin aging, eye damage, and skin cancers!  It is extremely important to wear sunscreen to protect your skin even on cool or overcast days.
