Sherilyn (Shanny) Baughman, MD is a board-certified dermatologist who earned both MD and BS degrees from Loma Linda University, School of Medicine.  During a dermatology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan she was introduced to Mohs Surgery and was involved in clinical research of mycology and in treating precancerous actinic keratosis with tretinoin.

Dr. Baughman joined the American Society of Mohs Surgery as a Fellow in 1986 after ongoing surgical training and education.  She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery.  She combines her scientific knowledge with an artist’s eye in each person’s care.
