Use sunscreen every day, even if it’s cloudy. Apply at least 15 to 30 minutes before going outside.\u00a0<\/li>\n
Choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB radiation. Make sure it is water-resistant and has an SPF of 30 or higher.<\/li>\n
Reapply sunscreen every two hours and every hour if swimming or sweating.\u00a0<\/li>\n
