Michael Hall, M.D.
Dr. Michael Hall is a double board certified, facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, specializing in all aspects of surgical and nonsurgical face and neck rejuvenation. Prior to his medical education, Dr. Hall received his B.S. in Biology from Lehigh University. It was here where his passion for medicine began; working as an emergency medical technician at the university during the school year and spending his summer months working as an emergency room critical care technician at the local hospital. Dr. Hall then completed his medical education at Rutgers – New Jersey Medical School. After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Hall moved back home to Philadelphia and completed his residency training in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. It was during this time Dr. Hall gained an appreciation for the intricate balance between surgery and artistry, form and function, leading him to pursue the field of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. After completing his residency, he was chosen for a highly competitive fellowship through the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, one of less than 50 positions each year. Dr. Hall specializes in the full breadth of cosmetic and functional facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has extensive training in face and neck lifting, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, fat transfer, minimally invasive surgical and non-surgical techniques, injectables, lasers, Mohs reconstruction, trauma and more. In 2015, he was awarded the AAOA Merck Clinical Scholar Award for his research efforts. Dr. Hall now calls the Bay Area home and lives here with his wife, two sons and dog. During his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors. He is an avid runner, Philadelphia sports enthusiast, music lover and world traveler. He enjoys meeting new people, exploring new places and eating good food.
Patricia Loo, PA-C
Patricia Loo received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She completed her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Arizona School of Health Sciences in summer 2006 and joined the practice in fall 2006. Her primary areas of interest include the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. Over the years, Patricia has developed a reputation for her thorough skin exams, attention to detail and high quality of care. She is also a skilled surgeon, as she spent the first 10 years of her career assisting in Mohs surgery repairs. Patricia currently practices all areas of dermatology with a subspecialty in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. Patricia is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants and is a member of the Society of Dermatologic Physician Assistants. Patricia was born and raised in California and has lived the majority of her life in the Bay Area. She lives with her husband and children and enjoys volunteering in the community and beyond in her spare time.
Monica Ascencion, RN
Monica received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from California State University East Bay. She is a proud Bay Area native, who is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is dedicated to providing patient care excellence.
