Joshua Worth, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Joshua Worth, PA-C (he/him), is an NCCPA-certified physician assistant with 18 years of experience in dermatology and facial plastic surgery settings prior to becoming a PA. This background provided a strong foundation in dermatologic care and clinical practice. Joshua practices by the motto, “Caring for you and the skin you’re in.” He believes the skin is a window into overall health and strives to care for each patient as a whole person.

Joshua grew up in the Southeast and has lived in several major cities across the United States. He previously lived in the Bay Area, where he worked as a medical and surgical assistant at Menkes Clinic and Allura Skin and Laser Center. He is a first generation college graduate who earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Memphis, graduating summa cum laude (highest honors). He went on to earn his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Tennessee, where he served as a class representative for diversity and inclusion and as a PA student representative for the College of Medicine.

Joshua enjoys treating a wide range of dermatologic conditions in patients of all ages and promotes a proactive approach to skincare through education, prevention, and early intervention. He has special interests in medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and laser therapies for both medical and aesthetic skin concerns. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, he is committed to creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment where every patient feels respected and comfortable discussing their concerns. He practices evidence-based medicine and incorporates modern technologies to support accurate diagnosis and effective, high-quality care.

Outside of the clinic, Joshua believes caring for the community extends beyond medicine. He enjoys volunteering his time to provide care to underserved populations. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the Bay Area, visiting farmers markets, and participating in video games, anime, cosplay, and related conventions. He and his husband also enjoy hiking and glamping with their two corgis.
