Jennifer Strunck, MD

Dr. Jennifer Strunck is a board-certified dermatologist with advanced fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology. Raised in St. Helena, California, she is excited to return to her hometown to care for the community where she grew up.
Dr. Strunck earned her undergraduate degree in psychobiology from University of California, Los Angeles. She then went on to receive her medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine where she graduated top of her class and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She completed her dermatology residency at Oregon Health & Science University, where she served as chief resident, and then returned to the University of Utah to complete a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology.
She has extensive research experience. Prior to medical school, she spent a year at UCLA researching immunotherapy and other cancer therapeutics. Since then, her research has focused on melanoma, skin cancer treatment and other dermatologic conditions, with work published in leading medical journals. Dr. Strunck brings that depth of training to helping patients understand their diagnoses and feel confident in their care.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and fitness classes.
