Dr. Eric Y. Lin is a board-certified plastic & reconstructive surgeon with more than 25 years of experience, including complex procedures after cancer treatment, post-trauma reconstruction, and advanced aesthetic techniques.

Dr. Lin earned both his Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Public Health (MPH) degrees from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where he also completed his undergraduate studies in Psychobiology. He went on to complete a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the University of Washington, one of the nation’s top programs for microsurgical and reconstructive training.  He joined Kaiser Permanente after residency, serving as Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Santa Rosa Medical Center and was also the Northern California Assistant Chair of Chiefs.

Dr. Lin believes plastic surgery should harmonize form, function, and self-confidence. He emphasizes patient education, safety, and natural-looking outcomes, ensuring that every surgical plan is tailored to the individual.  He looks forward to continuing to provide outstanding care at Golden State Dermatology.
