Fresno Acne Treatment Options
We treat acne with the use of topical medications rich in Vitamin A as well as antibiotics. Helping prevent the clogging of pores and helping reduce the bacteria in the skin. Other treatments include the use of Blue Light and Levulan. This is a non-invasive procedure where a solution called Levulan is applied to the face. After about 30 minutes, the solution is absorbed, and we expose the skin to a high-intensity blue light. Causing a chemical reaction that destroys damaged skin cells.
